I havent been inactive lately. Yes Im sure a few people have noticed. So, I have decided enough is enough this will be on of my last post as a moderator. Before I leave I have a few suggestions and a gift for the forum.
My Suggestions.
-)Send Inactive Users A Email, Telling Them To Come Back. Tell them you plan to have contests give aways etc. Example:
Dear Club Penguin Party User,

We have noticed your inactiveness! We care about you. Your missing out on Contests, Forum Parties, and many more surpises. Dont be dumb, Come back and Party!

Club Penguin Forum Staff
-)Start a Contest, something as simple as "User Contests", To see who can bring in the most new users.
-)Advertise, Advertise, Advertise.
Even if you go on random bribbles/xats [that are based on club penguin] advertise there! Just pm a user and ask if they would like to join your forum.
-)Also, Trying making Forum Parties. Example: Hallowen Styled Forum, Thanksgiving, Aprils Fool, Christmas. Etc!
-)If all fails. IF all fails, tell your active users to go over to somewhere like Miniclip Club Penguin Forums or Club Penguin Planet. So they can still have somewhere to post and talk with other users.

Awww bye mattty!! You were a great mod! Don't feel bad about not being active.... This forum has really died, I couldn't advertise it because I got realy busy lately.. I'm thinking about making a new fourm, like an avatar community maybe something that will get alot of users. I'll e-mail you if I ever get around to making it
