No short responses. As with other forums, short posts are considered as spam and should not be posted. These include posts which only contain one or two words and posts that may contain just a smiley.
No private threads. We cannot, and will not, be moderating individual threads to make sure that only your friends are able to post. This is a public forum, therefore it's open for the public user base to post in any thread they see fit.
No harassment/flaming. As is the same in other forums, flaming toward individuals who frequent will not be tolerated, even in Hangouts where they do not post. This is unfair on those people as they are not only being talked about behind their backs, but do not have the opportunity to defend themselves.
