Hello. 11% after all those hours tells me 4 things are possible1: slow old computer2: hd source3: massive file 30gb's or so perhaps4: broken file in some other way.. .iso is an invalid extension for a video file so the transcoding part is struggling to work out every single frame what the input format is.If it's an avi file then save/rename it .avi
